Quality
Kovent’s 8 design quality criterions illustrate the vital aspects of user experience to help companies understand why they must move beyond usability.

This quality chart acts as a modular approach to evaluate and enhance the credibility of your Web sites, applications, intranet and interfaced products.  It serves as a resourceful tool in your design development process while optimising your business performance. Smart Line methodology designed by Kovent comprises of these 8 quality criterion.

According to your project these criterion have variable importance and specificities. We help you to fix your objectives and achieve them with success.
The 8 quality criterion of user experience design:
Usable
Usability is still the most important aspect of interface design. However, it is no more a differentiation factor in the market. User friendliness has now become a normal thing. Today’s users expect more than just a usable interface.  They need emotions, relations and brand experience too.  In short, usability is necessary but still not sufficient.  User experience design offers solutions to make your products usable as well as it covers all the other perspectives of your business strategy.
Useful
Many sites and applications offer functionalities we never use mainly because they do not answer to our needs accurately.  A usability testing allows you to understand what the real user’s need. Our designer role is to question the necessity of functionalities while maintaining the marketing value of the product.  We apply our expertise and methods to design innovative solutions that are more useful.
Desirable
A brand is not only a logo.  An interface should always support its brand value by creating emotions and complicity.  The design experience has to be unique and agreeable to enhance the user’s adhesion. Interaction design offers solutions to bring out the value of image, identity, brand and other emotional factors in your interface.
Navigable
Navigation is responsible for 70% of the user’s capacity to find information or realise a task of an interface. It participates directly to the success of your products and services. Luckily advanced researches have been done in information architecture and we masteries the topic.  We design navigable sites and easily findable objects, so users can get what they need.
Relational
Today, Internet has become a large platform for social activities. Users are motivated by social network, blogs and video sites more than ever. Companies and organisations need to take undue advantage of this business opportunity.  Develop products and services that include digital content such as Internet, mobile application, electronic devices, etc.
Credible
Is your product or service credible? Does it respond to its promises? Many Web sites and applications create disappointment by lacking in good content and precisions. The credibility elements are often unattended and difficult to identify through usability testing. It is essential to understand the design elements that influence whether users trust and believe what we tell them.  Credibility is a must in e-commerce.
Accessible
Accessibility allows handicapped people to accede to the services of an interface using alternative controller. Today, very few companies invest in accessibility but in the near future providing universal accessibility may become the law.  Creating simple and practical Web sites, applications will make your company capable to meet tomorrow’s requirements.
Connectable
Information architectures are no more isolated. All of our information systems are connected digitally or conceptually to each other. Our role is to create bridges between information systems for improving satisfaction and optimising user experience. Kovent is developing new methods to deliver value and provide solutions to this global design challenge.
